In this workshop you will learn tips, and tricks for naturally cleansing and detoxifying your body, and areas of your life. We will also be practicing gentle yoga poses, breathing practices, and meditations to help cleanse and heal your body, mind, and spirit.
This is a 6 week series of Classes Beginning Wednesday October 17th through November 21st
Classes will be 2 hours long from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
