The Vagus nerve is primarily responsible for taking us out of fight, flight, or freeze and back into rest, digest, relax, and recover. When strengthened it gives us better emotional regulation, lowers anxiety, reduces depression, and speeds recovery from stress.
Poses with props combined with Yoga Nidra during this course will facilitate the strength of the vagus nerve.
This course will be six- 90 min classes beginning on Thursday, February 12th at 4pm and will be led by Karen Mischke.
The cost is 125.00 for the course: each class will build on the next so it will benefit to attend all classes.
